A New Host!
Welcome to my new server! I want to thank Insider Hosting for all they have done for me and especially for EnchantedCeiling. IH is a fabulous host, very attentive, and the software is always up-to-date.
However, as I am moving forward into the period of less certain cash flow known as graduate school, I needed to find a less expensive alternative. My internet-friend, John Martz (host of the always excellent Drawn!), recommended Dreamhost, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a little early for me to hand out recommendations, but if you are looking for a host, and you decide on Dreamhost, tell them “huyckd” sent you. Consider it a free contribution to EnchantedCeiling.
*waggles shoulders* This new server is so roomy!
P.S. Speaking of EnchantedCeiling, that’s the last site I need to move over here. I am going to have to close down submissions for the move, but the interruption shouldn’t be too long. It will happen in the next week or so.

I was going to add a comment that I liked the new “Nerdy” category, but then I noticed that you’ve already used it for a few posts and I hadn’t even noticed.
I wonder what that says about me… hmm.

Yeah, it used to be “programming”, but that was too specific. Now it is the more generic (and appropriate) “Nerdy.” Cuz I am, in so many ways.

Glad you’re enjoying DH, DH! We just moved Drawn! over to a dedicated server with them last month or so, and it was seamless.
